My motor vehicle injury was permanent and my case was in its 5th year of continued treatment and no movement with the court. I sought out a new lawyer, Stephen Semenza, to review my case. I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Law Office of Paul R. Moraski for his outstanding representation in my son’s case. I had got a late night call from my son in Boston saying he was arrested and in jail for a felony charge. My son has never been in trouble before with the law. After hearing what he was being charged with and the amount of time he was facing if he got convected, I was devastated !!!!!! It was late night when I began to Pray and Pray and Pray asking God to help me find the best criminal defense lawyer to defend my son. I began to search around for the best defense attorneys online I could find to represent my son’s case and I began calling different attorneys and reading a lot of review’s. God brought me to The Law Office of Paul R. Moraski. But by the time I spoke to Paul that morning my son was already going before the judge with a public defender too go over his charges and to get a bail amount set and it was set at $60,000. I was upset and crying because I didn’t have that money and money for a lawyer, I couldn’t even think straight. I should’ve hired Paul immediately!!! I called and spoke with Paul and told him what the judge had set the bail amount for. Paul assured me not to worry that he can set a bail review court date asap to get the bail reduced and he did just that. He got it down to $30,000. I was still sad because I knew I had to pay $30,000 to bring my son home and pay Paul to represent him. Me and my son flew to Boston to meet with Paul in person to go over what my son was being charged with and what it would cost me to have him represent my son. I knew how serious the charges were and I knew I wanted nothing but the best defense for my son. I said to Paul , God sent you to me to represent my son’s case so you are stuck with us!!
