I started working with Mark last year. From the start, he was totally responsive and professional and delivered more than expected in a quick timeframe. I had the need for his services again this week at the 11th hour on a Friday. Again, Mark was there for me and helped me through my urgent and critical matter! I cannot speak highly enough of Mark. Being a bride in 2020 was nothing short of stressful. Our original venue was going to retain our money, although we were no longer able to have our wedding there, due to covid. The process with the venue was grueling, then in comes Mark. Mark took complete control and initiative to do everything he could to get our money back. He was quick to respond to emails, always available and quite honest about the process.
