Attorney Swartz is smart, knowledgeable, & passionate about her profession. I have severe hearing loss & had experienced discriminatory acts with my past employer. The events that lead to my discrimination case were emotional challenging for me. I retained Tara because I knew I was being discriminated against at work due to a mental health issue but didn't know what to do. Not only did Tara clearly explain all my legal options but she was also very clear about the consequences of each option. She was honest but not too harsh and very sensitive to how a long drawn out legal battle against a very large corporation would affect my mental health. I really respected how she considered my health priority over billing hours. It shows how morally upstanding she is in addition to being an incredibly knowledgeable attorney. I usually don't do this.. but I'm usually not on trial with my freedom in line n the possibility of losing my license too.. I contacted Attorney Moraski for advice on a legal matter. He returned my call promptly and we had a phone discussion. He assured me that he would be able to handle the matter and took charge of the situation. He has great communication and follow up. He was able to get the charge dismissed. Several months later I found that I needed additional legal advice and I immediately contacted Attorney Moraski. Once again he gave me great advice and was able to take a potentially serious issue and get the charges dismissed. He is very professional and I highly recommend him.

His professional experience is priceless. His ability to litigate in front of a judge is incredible. Eloquent, professional, courteous, comprehensive, and smart is all I can say. I was charged with a crime after being rear ended at a red light. My crime was asking the police to many times to get the info on the driver that hit me. The police officer denied me of this info and arrested me for disorderly conduct, a crime punishable by 6 months incarceration. The police officer let the driver go who caused massive damage to 3 vehicles, because he knew him. The DA wanted me charged with a crime. Paul got the criminal complaint removed and lowered to a civil infraction all the while the officer and the DA wanted to prosecute me to fullest extent of the law!
