10 ⭐️ if I could. I hired Paul to help me out on a felony case, I live In Las Vegas and not 1 time did I have to fly in to court in Massachusetts .. Paul set up a game plan and executed!!!!! I walked away with no charge best outcome possible.. Thank you paul 🙏🏼💪🏼

I was involved in an assault and battery case. I was referred to Attorney Paul Moraski by a friend. I called and Attorney Moraski answered. I did not have to leave a message or wait for a call back. This occurred every time I called. We went over the details and immediately I was relieved and felt a great deal of trust. Attorney Moraski cleared his calendar for me as I called near the actual court date. Attorney Moraski met me at the CourtHouse early and reviewed the entire case. He did all the talking for me, which was a huge relief as I was nervous! The case was dismissed. I was elated! Hiring Attorney Paul Moraski was the best decision I made all year, hands down. I originally called Mr. Moraski, worried and frantic about what would happen to my case and he was very professional, presented me with all my options, and a reasonable price for representing me. Atty Swartz got me a fair settlement from my former employer after I was wrongfully terminated. I had no idea what to expect and she thoroughly explained the process and was very knowledgeable. I always assumed lawyers that worked on contingency fees would be quick to settle and move on to the next case just to make quick money, but I was wrong. I never felt pressured to take an offer I didn't want to take. She has realistic expectations and will fight to get you what you deserve. She emailed me copies of all communications with my former employer's attorney and she was very assertive and didn't back down, even when they tried to twist the facts. Aside from being a great lawyer there's other added bonuses to having her as your lawyer. She speaks real English, not legal terms that you need to Google to understand. She talks to you like a real person, it's like having a conversation with a really smart friend. I mention this because I hate having to try to sound professional on the phone, it's uncomfortable. If you call you reach her directly, not an answering service. Even better she emails and texts. I can't say enough good things, but if I keep going on you won't want to read this. Bottom line do yourself a favor and call her if you need a lawyer.

College is a difficult time for every student. And most students suffer from minor indiscretions that at times are blown out of proportion and it is unfortunate. My son suffered from two of those. Around 7am I received a phone call that my son and another student had been arrested. I immediately went online attempting to find an available attorney with a high rating. I left a voicemail for Paul Moraski within minutes he responded to my phone call. Paul instructed us on where to park and what was needed. He met us and conducted himself as a professional thru the entire process. He went into the holding cell. Immediately my son knew who was representing him. He said Paul stood out from the other lawyers in dress mannerism and professionalism. Once in the courtroom Paul knew the judges and the district attorney’s. He was well liked and respected by his piers. My son was released and given a later court date. The other student had a public defender and he remained incarcerated. At a later date an additional charge was added to my son with a new arrest warrant. Again Paul walked us thru the process and he escorted my son into the court. Once again my son was released that day due to Paul citing legal presidents. The district attorney wanted my son incarcerated for 60 days pending the next hearing. My son was able to once again to come home. During the final phase the district attorney requested a sentence of multiple years. My son received probation upon completion all charges would be dropped. My son completed his probation and to this day Paul still checks in to ask about the status of my son. I cannot thank Mr Moraski enough for his services. I highly recommend him and his office.

Attorny Paul is like magic I speak from my heart when he took my case he said’i will work very hard on your case ‘ sure enough he represented me in the court where three lawyers in the past had represented me and failed but attorney Paul stood up in the court and the judge ruled it right the way to win my case I walked out the court room and it was like a dream he looked at me and said congratulations I learned something after I walked out the court is one thing if you get the right attorney like Paul you will never regret Very warm human being and listens to you I would like to thank attorny Paul on the great success in my case It was the best Christmas present Paul gave me Paul : marry Christmas and THANK YOU VERY MUCH MIKE A.

I would highly recommend having Paul Moraski Represent you! After meeting with me and presenting our best defense for my OUI, he prepped me on everything from how to dress to what to say. In the courtroom it was clear that he was well-respected by his peers. He was able to get the "extra charges" dropped and got me the minimum rather then what the State was aggressively pushing. Recently I was denied employment as a result of my background check. One call to Paul and he assured me he could get my records sealed so that wouldn't happen again. Less than 2 weeks later I received a letter from the Office of the Commissioner of Probation stating the record was sealed! I never even had to leave the house! 6 Stars!
