I hired Gil on recommendation to represent my case to the zoning board on Cape Cod. Gil was extremely helpful when it came to educating me as to the best way to present the case to the board and was very patient and non-patronizing in doing so. Gil's willingness to travel a long distance made him an easy choice for me and I'm so glad I did. I would give Gill a 5 star rating and would hire him again without reservation.

Gil and his team worked on helping us with the purchase of our first home. They were great when a tenant had not vacated the property by the closing day. We were able to change the stipulations of the closing thanks to Gil and closed on time. Everything worked out well and they relieved a lot of the stress of the whole home buying experience.

5 starts for Tempus Fugit Law and Gil Schipani. We went through a very long closing on our first home purchase and finally towards the end, we experienced some more difficulties. Gil and his staff were more than helpful and outstanding with the all the proper verbiage to cover our side of the purchase agreement. Truly a dedicated, trustworthy and hard-working firm.
