At this point idk what to expect anymore. To my working class folks don't call this place they won't care unless your case is worth millions. I got 2 cases and I have to do this to get someone's attention. I just want my cases to be handled the same as if it was one of your big cases . because for me it is my big case, my life has been ruined and I don't think either teams I have care or understand this. Please just handle my cases with care is all im asking Please

Communication with your assigned lawyer to take care of your case is completely imposible and when updates on treatment on my side are submitted on a message as requested, no feedback is received to make sure the information submitted was properly received. I feel lost in a cloud.

When I first contacted the office of Morgan & Morgan, they were very helpful and were able to start my case quickly. That was followed by several emails and at least one phone conversation to get more information and evidence. I was then told that they would continue with the investigation. I spoke to numerous different people, and some of the ones that I spoke to later did not know the person that I spoke to prior to speaking with them. Anyway, I finally received word of who my attorney is, and who her paralegal is. I sent a text to the lawyer, which was never answered.. I recently got an email stating that it was being investigated, and I was told prior to that that, the lawyers had found out that the person I am suing, identified their insurance company and then was told that it would be a negotiation after they offered their demand to his insurance company. I haven’t heard nothing about how that’s going or what’s being done. So, to conclude, the communication was great to begin with, but now I am left in limbo. And the most recent email that I sent to my attorney has yet to be answered, and that contained what I believe to be vital information on my part.

The most horrible experience a human being can have former lawyer Kimberly de arcangely that work at morgan and morgan lie to me and didn't listen to me at all .I hope and I pray day a night that she get fired for he's non professional service to costumer.
