I open my case with Morgan and Morgan over 2 months ago I requested a call from my attorney I was provided with her cell phone number I've left several messages have never spoken to my attorney in regards to my case have no idea what's going on with my case even when I call and try to inquire I've also left several messages for my case manager and she has not called me back either so I'm not impressed with their Legal Services at all and I was seriously injured in my car accident

It is such a comforting feeling, and very important to know, you are not alone when going through something you have never been through before. The staff at Morgan & Morgan, have been there for me, since the first day I contacted their offices.

I don’t think the phone rang twice, pleasant woman took some basic info and said someone would contact me. Less than an hour and I had a call back. Talked about my fall, took information, asked clear direct questions and actually explained exactly what the process would be going forward. Put me at ease and have made the process clear. I feel I made the best decision calling Morgan & Morgan.

Update after response from Melissa F... So I get this response and call the number. First thing that was alarming was no one knew who Melissa was. Then I call and a Melissa answers but refuses to give me her last name. I'm supposed to just trust these people who don't trust me it seems. Then guarantees me that my lawyer would call me or email me or text me within 48 hours. 48 hours falls on a Tuesday today is Friday and still no response. It took me 3 months to even get Mackenzie O'Donnell to accept the offer after refusing to return my calls emails or texts. Now it's been over a month and still I haven't signed the papers nor talk to my lawyer. If you want to be unsure about your face at all times then use this attorney's office cuz they will drive you insane. If you want an attorney that you trust keep shopping. Stay away! It is impossible to get a hold of your attorney. They are only working for themselves they could careless what I want or think. Please consider someone else. Plus they take 40% and when I straight up asked the guy who filled out my contact he said a different number. STAY AWAY.. oh yah also I called the complaint department to find out my lawyer is either lying about talking to me or she has told my personal info to a stranger cause she claims she has spoken with me on the phone. But it's not me she's speaking with. So heaven forbid that whatever check I get will probably be sent to this ghost of a person. They have my correct phone number and emails. I leave my number on her machine evertime I call so it's just a bit sus that she claims to be speaking with someone. Ii don't know but I told her to settle 4 months ago and herer we are the only way to get things don't is to call the complaint department.
