Very pleasant, but I felt I was not able to express myself with all the facts. I have 2 letters from my , now previously employer, that would explain my position, but was not able to express them, as they would show clearly that I was bullied into returning to work the next day deadline, knowing full well I had a valid doctors note and that it was impossible for my condition

I felt I was not heard thoroughly enough for her to understand the circumstances surrounding my case. I also felt that she was not the person making the call on whether or not Morgan and Morgan would take the case. My impression was that an attorney was listening in and waived her off to tell me no. Then I was given no explanation as to why.

He was kind of rude. And it seems that you would have to endure an injury from medical malpractice before they would fight your case. I have no proof that neglect from not treating has caused other issues, and so they would not take the case. I have found another primary and is waiting for my appointment day to find out if not being treated had caused any additional issues.
