The person fielding my inquiry was very dismissive and distant. I asked for further explanation for declining my case, but she refused to elaborate. My interpretation is she doesn’t have the proper training to handle the denial of a potential client.
I wouldn't recommend calling for guidance on a case as they clearly have no idea how to!

Don’t take time even inquiring. If Morgan and Morgan can’t make a ton of money they are not interested. A decision was made in less than two minutes.
I have no use of my hands after a spinal fusion surgery. Not good enough!!
