Very caring & quick!

Very pleasant

Mr. Eddins was very thorough with collecting my information about my vehicle accident. He sent me the right documents to docusign to complete my possible case.

Pleasant experience that made me feel that he was very concerned about my needs.

I was so afraid at first, once we started talking and she was so Compassion she talked to me in a way that I became very relaxed I had no reason to be frightened everything went off real good no more fear, Just confident.

She explained my point of view very professional.

She was very polite and assured Me that everything would be taken into consideration

I really liked how professional this company was over all. My only complaint would be that the first initial person (whom was a man) told me over the phone my case was accepted and started paper work that I signed and sent me more paperwork but then when another agent called me(whom was a lady) informed me that they were declining my case and explained to me why and she further discussed with me what I needed to do on my own and I greatly appreciate her, but I feel like the man should've never told me my case was accepted only for the lady to tell me it was declined. That did kinda upset me and let me down. Besides that I do think they are really nice and professional and really liked the letter they sent me telling me why they declined and what I could do next. Thank you
