Not good

Collected all private information and didn’t take the case. It sounds like this attorney is screening people first for the possible conflict of interest. It’s like you don’t know who you are calling to your enemy or to your friend.

I contacted Morgan and Morgan because I have heard their commercials and thought what better to potentially help people being screwed over by US Auto and now Westlake as we are all located in different states Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Needless to say I was sadly very disappointed and frustrated. Mind you this is a fresh new closure of US Auto’s business and as of today has been roughly 30 days since they went completely under and about 45 since they closed locations and stopped accepting phone calls. Instead of helping in any facet I received a call asking me all the same questions I had already answered in the Lengthy descriptive message I sent them wasting 30 min of my time at work meaning additional lost money, to have her say they can’t help me or anyone else with this. I’m sorry what? So what are my options? Again no actual advice from someone who’s supposed to be in the legal profession. “For the People” huh 🤨 Maybe more “For the Money” is more like it! Morgan and Morgan they won’t help anyone unless they see immediate financial gains for them, it’s not about doing what’s right, it’s about doing what’s profitable! The new American Way “Screw Your Fellow Man, As Long as You’re Fattening Your Pockets.”

Had to repeat myself numerous times due to language barrier or due to him not paying attention. When I was connected with the other rep, he was not informed about any of my information. Grand total telephone conversation was roughly 2 hours long when it could have been done in less than 30 minutes

Terrible

It wasnt great at all... i was callin to try and start a long term disabilty case. The way i took her was she wasnt caring to much, and all ads iv seen said are compasonite and caring.. i told her what i was callin for (LTD) told her about my problems and whats goin on with me, everything that is wrong with me qualifies for (LTD) she put me on hold for about 5 secs, came back on and said u guys cant help me.. then gave me a website to the ky bar association... that didnt make me very happy at all, seemed like she was just brushing me off and pushin me off on someone else.. when i wanted u guys to help. I have an exsisting case with u guys for ssi and ssid but the lawyer u guys gave me only does ssi and ssid, so they told me to call # law and tell.u guys whats goin on and u will help, but i got no help... noe i do have to say thr guys im.workin with on ssi and ssid have been great and answers ever question i have, they take thier time and seems like the really care, so ty guys for hellping me out on that case...
