She was very very knowledgeable patient courteous customer service centric I really love when I talk to a company and they represent themselves as though it's their business and that's what she did phenomenal job she was honest with me straightforward ask me the questions needed to see if she could help at any point and I just appreciate the time and effort that was put into it thank you

When I spoke with lena, I felt she listened she was very empathetic. She understood my concerns for my mother and my mother's well being. She made me feel like my concearns for mom or valid.
