Communication started out great. However, its begun to falter. My last few emails were not responded to in a timely manner. Suggestion, even if your not ableto provide an answer to the email, , let me know. I shouldn't find out when days later or send a second email. Overall, I have not had a bad experience thus far.
The team working on the case appear to be really nice folks.
