Attorney Kevin Crick telephoned in a surprisingly timely response to my referred inquiry. There followed a summary review of my consumer complaint against a solar panel firm, whose representations and business practices I found to be deliberately misleading and possibly fraudulent. Mr. Crick outlined the further evidentiary steps I should take, pursuant to which a Demand Letter would be issued to the defendant. Inclusive in the initial contacts with the law firm was an acceptable schedule of payment for services to be rendered.

I had an issue with a cellphone carrier...... i bought 2 phones and after 2 weeks just decided to return and cancel the account, i got an email with the RMA# for the return and i drop of the packages. After couples months later i got bill in my email that i owe them those 2 phones. i called customer service and they told that they never got those phone, i provided them the tracking number with the RMA for tracked and a supervisor found it and told me that everything is all set. couple months later i found out that i'm in debts with a collection agency from that carrier, open an case but they stated that they never received those phones and i have to pay it..
