After buying a car that was a lemon we had nowhere to turn. I contacted attorney Crick. He was able to provide representation for us to resolve the matter. Unfortunately a few months later we purchased another vehicle though the vehicle wasn't a lemon the dealership was dishonest and attorney Crick once again was able to point us in the right direction to avoid litigation and get our vehicle fixed. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Highlander in April of this year, 2018. By July the vehicle was in the shop and in need of a new steering pump. The extended warranty I purchases along with the car did not cover the repair. When I contacted the Danvers dealership they told me "it passed inspection" and therefore they were no longer responsible. I was referred to Kevin Crick and contacted him immediately. He provided a free consultation that was very informative and explained that the buyer "should always know who inspects" the vehicle because testing equipment can be manipulated. I am awaiting a call from the Sales manager at the dealership. He believes "we can work something out." You get a different response when you have legal help and guidance. **PLEASE READ THIS** It’s a little long, but I never write reviews and I want everyone to know this man helped me. Out of nowhere I was served by the sherrif’s office from a law firm representing a powerful collection agency and a debt amount of almost $10,000 that I was completely unaware of from 2009. As I read the summons it said I had a judgement against me. This was impossible, as I had never been previously served. I had been told by numerous attorneys there was nothing I could do. Soon I was being bombarded with local bankruptcy attorneys advising me to file bankruptcy, that I was liable for this debt. They had my employers information and they were going to attach my wages. I just purchased my first home. I’m a single mother and have worked so hard. So I prayed and my prayers were answered; I found Atty. Kevin Crick. He surely was a God sent!! Did he negotiate to get me low monthly payments? Nope. He called me with the best news. Case dismissed!! I take serious consideration before recommending anyone’s services.
