bank tried to illegally repo my vehicle. They trespassed onto my property there was a breach of peace as there was an argument outside the company was by my kids bedroom window. He was taking pictures of what looms to be my backyard. I contacted this company who their name alone states rights protect. And they told me they won't help because the company wasn't successful as taking the vehicle. Meanwhile now my kids don't even want to sleep in their bedroom thinking this repo company y will continue coming cack. 630 in the morning. My whole house wad asleep and my neighbor called to tell me they were in my yard. This company says they are there to help protect our rights but wouldn't get involved. I had video of the whole thing too as proof

I highly recommend Kevin, hired him in December 2023 for an unlawful repossession. I was sold a bad car with very high interest rate that was causing me to default on payments due to me trying to keep the car on the road. Fixes were so expensive. I was at a point were I just did not want the car anymore but did not know a way out. Those people did not only take advantage of me but also destroyed my credit. If you’re recommended to Emanuel Mukendi like I was by this firm, please run. I hired his firm to take care of my case in January of 2023. A year later, he requests I pay more fees after weeks of asking for the progress he has made on the case, to no response. When I finally told him, that I won’t pay unless if he tells me the progress he’s made on the case he’s been hired to work on, he requested that I find a new attorney. Here we are in March 2024, and the attorney that Right Protection recommended me to has chosen to withdraw from the case instead of doing his job and informing his client of the progress made in the case. I know that Emanuel Mukendi is not a part of Right Protection, but since Right Protection recommended me to him, I must leave a bad review knowing that you guys are in business together.
