I must say this Mr. Kevin is a heaven sent from up above professional lawyer who listens to me and explain to me what I need to do to make sure I have the right thing to do, he is a great help with our problem I feel relieved after talking with him.

Contacted the affirm, left a message and got a prompt call back. Attorney was super helpful and willing to give his time . Great personality, and really seemed to care ! Even though he was unable to take my case he gave a referral and even offered to follow up !

I have only ever needed an Attorney a couple of times in my life, and both times I had great experiences. However, I’d advise anyone serious about their case to stay away from this place. I needed an Attorney to take on a case against Wells Fargo on behalf of my parents, when they leaked their information and completely messed with their mortgage account, making unauthorized payments to a different insurance. I called and emailed a few Attorneys, and this was one of the places that returned my call. Attorney Crick was nice enough on the phone, and told me that he would be sending me a link to a portal, and for me to upload all documents I had regarding the case and a letter with the background story. I spent hours of my time scanning documents and writing a letter explaining the details of the case in order to upload on this portal. A week passed, and I hear nothing from him or the other Attorneys he copied on the email communications he had had sent me. I then emailed him to follow up, and ask if he needed anything else from me and if this is a case he’d take on or not. His response was that he would get back to me by the end of that week. Another whole week passes, and I hear absolutely nothing. I email him a second time, and explain that although he was my first choice to work with I understand that if he’s busy, or this is simply a case his office is not equipped to handle, I have another Attorney who would be able to take the case. I get a call the next day from one of the Attorneys who work in his office named Tumminelli, and she says that after reading my documents, that the office would not be able to handle my case. She then offers to send me a link to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I could tell right away that she had not gone through and read the documents, and she did not even know what the main issue of the case was about. I tell her thanks but no thanks, you could have told me weeks ago that this is a case your office is not able to handle. And to be honest, before she even sent me the email I had already made up my mind that I would not work with a place that was unresponsive, lacked valuing people’s time did not educate themselves on the potential client’s background story before calling them. I also let her know that I did not need a link to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as I already had that information and even if if I didn’t, I could have found it with a simple google search. She was clearly not providing any valuable or new information. To make a long story short, this place is a waste of valuable time and I’d advise you to find an Attorney and firm who will actually take your case serious, and educate themselves about your case before calling you and sounding like complete fool. In the end, even though it was a waste of my time, it actually made it easier for me to have used their portal. I now had everything I needed ready to send to the firm and Attorney who took my case. I’m glad this happened early on, so I was not stuck having to hunt for these people, or having them represent me in court babbling nonsense in front of a Judge, and being embarrassed.
