Sugarman & Sugarman treat non whites as criminals. From onslaught, they engaged me as one who files false motor vehicle claims. They never informed me as to the status and progress of my case; even, when I inquired. Even though they verified who I was in our initial meeting, they wanted me to provide an ID to prove I wasn't my mother citing there was a lien against my mother which there wasn't. They would not provide me proof of a lien nor the party asking. They averred Safety insurance was my carrier and they wanted it. When I informed them Safety isn't my insurance carrier, they averred it was my mothers. When I informed them it wasn't my mother's they hug up the phone. When I reconnected with them and asked for an official request in writing as to why they needed an ID from me when they verified who I was prior to taking on my case they refused. NOTE: They made copies of both my drivers license and social security card at the intake interview. The police made an accident report and verified my drivers license and the rental car's insurance.
