In a time of need for support and advocacy , I highly recommend Dan Shulman! In 2014- I was referred to Attorney Dan Pagoda for personal injury which was settled quickly. Attorney Dan is very articulate, knowledgeably effective and results driven. He tells it like it is no "sugar coating". Again in 2021, had an MVA and thought I should reach out via email to Dan because he's pleasant, trustworthy and listens. There were other attorneys that I could of went with, but I wanted Dan to handle my case. The team effort was exceptional, responsive from the investigator to collecting records(although there were some delays)Dan followed up to assist and guide me along this nerve-wracking process. Dan has a way that's very reassuring always makes me feel better. I am extremely grateful for all the support and team efforts which was all done- coming to my home, email and phone calls, very convenient. The team works around your needs, I didn't have to go to the office. I have referred family and friends to the firm and not sure why my son hasn't heard back from Attorney Michael Kambouris' team after many phone calls/emails. Terrible, did not do anything on case for 3 months

I think this law firm is using the black community. I cannot write what I believe happened with my case but I have no proof. I wish I had went with a black lawyer. The feeling of betrayal and back stabbing has been with me since settlement day. But I leave that here. Get what your pain is worth. What you believe being in pain for life is worth.

I've never utilized an attorney or thought about contacting one for any accidents or injuries that I have incurred until recently. Being local and well- advertised I reached out to Dane Shulman Associates LLC.  Called got a message, left a message, and waited for the return call. The associate who returned my call sounded disinterested, like he's heard it all before, and was just going through the motions.  He was condescending, arrogant,  curt in his responses, and when rhetoric was challenged flustered. So in closing, I like to say;  This community does not need you,  you need us.  So take that funky, condescending, unprofessional, two-bit, sheisty, incompetent, substandard, second-rate, poverty-pimping boutique law firm elsewhere.

Horrible , James Ostendorf was hired on my nieces case regarding custody of her child . This lawyer got paid his check HASNT RETURNED NOT ONE CALL OR MESSAGE . The secretary calls her more than the lawyer ever has and still she tells the secretary to have James call they all say they will leave him a message and she hasn’t gotten one phone call back. These people are jokes they don’t care and have no interest they just want your check they don’t care wether the child is in good care or not . With upcoming court dates this man has not made one call to see how my niece wants to proceed with the case now their court date is very soon and my niece has left 100s of messages regarding James and what she wants to do and this man just expects to meet with her for 3 minutes outside the court room to see how she wants to proceed He’s very unprofessional and a horrible lawyer .
