I would highly recommend Dane Shulman to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. I worked with Michael Kambouris & Daniel Pogoda and couldn't speak more highly of them. Throughout the entire process I was well informed.

shulman’s assistants are very very unprofessional. the woman i dealt with acted as though she was at the accident and tried to tell me that what occurred is unlikely because she is familiar with the area, when the evidence proves otherwise. i 10/10 would not recommend this law office to a soul.

Lawyer Michael Balletto did not do anything for my divorce case. He was always late for court dates, and did not speak on my behalf. He should be disbarred. Don't go to Dane Shulman, don't look out for your best interest.

Anyone who said this place is good must be Paid to or not a real client... I was hit by a car 2yrs ago ambulance chiropractor the whole 9... I almost forgot I had the case until I walked by the place one day and remembered then went inside they told me that my lawyer Linda retired a year ago smh.! I never got a call to alert me of that then the Head attorney Micheal k. Called me and spoke to me trying to intimidate me for holding them accountable. After a few nonsense follow up and conversations with Michael k. I realized there micheal K. From dane m shulman, is buying time for my case to reach a deadline because they have a deal with the chiropractor comeback PT right around the coner... To just split the PIP the personal injury money that insurance companies automatically pay to the chiropractor is split with the attorneys usually about 10k so every client is a least a 5k check for the attorneys and they happy with that because most ppl that come in there hang right outside the place anyway and are to poor to do anything about it...Sad

Having the need for an attorney is not something that you should need in your life. But having the lawyers at Dane Shulman are the ones you need. During a difficult time. My experience has been nothing but hard working. Compassionate and informative for me. They made me feel informed and held my hand the entire time. I thank them for their hard work and diligence in handling a difficult time I would give them more than 10 stars. Thank you

Attorney Pagoda and his team were exceptionally helpful! Starting from the investigator to record collection - everything was very smooth. I was able to go through what I needed and the rest was handled by the firm. Despite the delays with COVID, attorney made himself available to assist throughout the lengthy and anxiety provoking process. I would HIGHLY recommend them and extremely thankful to them for all their efforts and support throughout.
