She is responsive and communicative. I never felt like I had to chase her or constantly try to reach her because she makes herself actively available. You can tell that she has a sense of urgency to help her clients in their needs. Highly recommend.

I am from NY, I received an oui among other felony charges in Boston awhile ago. We hired Lauren for an old DUI case in MA (1990's) that had impacted my NH license. It was a mess. She was very involved in the case and even took time to call the DMV for me, several times. That says a lot! There was never something that was below her or above her that she wouldn't do to help me. She always returned my calls/emails promptly.
