She was kind and straight forward and as a result I do not have a record today for something that was a misunderstanding. And surprisingly a couple of months later when the other person involved in the case passed away, Lauren emailed condolences, which was very unexpected and thoughtful. Thanks Lauren! Hopefully I don't have any more issues but if so I'll be hiring you again. You made me feel calm in a scary situation.
