Since the first day I was arrested for a stolen vehicle and unlicensed dr mightiving, I was definitely deviated. After spending the night in the States police station, I was really nervous and scared about the charges that I wasn't facing. When I was waiting in the lockup cells at the court house I was nusure about my future. At this point Att. De Giacomo came in to meet with me and go through my case and we went over what he was going to do for me and after speaking with him my anxiety subsided and I was more at ease about my situation. A short time later I was in front of the judge and the DA. was reading my past arrest history and making me out to be a serious criminal. My attorney kept comforting me the entire time. His calm demeanor and confidence kept me from being upset and his supportive nature was refreshing to see. Honestly in all of the years I have been in trouble, I have never had a lawyer honestly give me the the respect as a person and take my case seriously. Att. De Giacomo did his best in every way possible. I was even late for my pre trial and he kept in touch with me by phone and kept me from having a default warrant. I've never not once had a lawyer call me ever, not once. Att. De Giacomo called me and when I would call him he always answered his phone. He was fileing motions for dismissal of my case even before telling me, he went in front of the judge and said he was fileing a motion to dismiss my case, I was very impressed with how much attention he gave to my case and to myself . So today was my second pre trial and again I was running late but he kept in touch with me by phone and once I got to the court house he was ready and waiting for me, I sat down next to him and he said that the DA. agreed to dismiss my charges, no probation no hassle. I was literally floored by the news. All I can say is Att. De Giacomo is an will be the first and only attorney that I will ever call if I am ever in need for an attorney.
