I would say my worst experience with a “so-called” professional in any field of professions. Mr. DeGiacomo, in my opinion, is a rip off artist. He basically charged me $7,000 for absolutely nothing. He is a former prosecutor. And now he is still a prosecutor masquerading as a defense attorney. You’re better off going pro se.

I had an emergency situation where I needed a lawyer right away in the middle of the night. James was quick, efficient & dependable. Dispute a long court process (due to COVID-19) and being in different states communication and professionalism were both great. Highly recommended!
