I can't thank Attorney DeGiacomo enough for all he has done the last 3 years. I found myself after falling asleep at the wheel in a world of trouble with various traffic violations that were serious in nature. I originally just accepted the charges with the mindset of putting this horrible night behind me. Then the penalties started piling up including loss of license, kicked off my insurance plan, increased insurance, driving classes, etc so finally decided to learn what my options were considering this was a closed case. Attorney DeGiacomo was very informative and guided me along the journey of reopening the case and representing me for a new court case. He was always well prepared and continually had to revisit my case as it was continually being delayed for more serious court cases and eventually Covid significantly delayed any chance for trial. Attorney DeGiacomo had to continually prep for this trial and last minute would get rescheduled where he always kept me fully informed even during significant moments of his life, having a baby with his wife. These are always very stressful times so I can't thank him enough for always articulating the direction and giving me hope. We finally reached day of trial and were not rescheduled and Attorney DeGiacomo had my case fully dismissed of all charges.
