In October my driver's license was suspended without any reason. Immediately I started looking for the DUI lawyer. By accident I found on-line Attorney Sergey Mikhlin. I called him and he immediately answered. I told him what happened and he instructed meticulously what shold I do step by step. When I collected all needed documents I requested a hearing. Attorney Sergey Mikhlin represented my case and it was so good, that my driver's license was reinstated immediately. Attorney Mikhlin is a very knowledgeable lawyer with a big experience. Stay Away! If you want a good Defense do NOT go with Sergey Mikhlin! He promised to confuse and attack my opponent but none of it happened. In fact he came to the hearing completely unprepared and simply read what my opponent lied on his application and acknowledged without hesitation, even then Sergey did not make a single logic argument to oppose. My case was NOT difficult (trust me I know). At the beginning Mr. Mikhlin made it look like he is concerned and bragged about how many cases he has seen. It was a red flag! At the hearing he did NOT know what to do. He stood and mumbled with his poor English and lack of confidence. He made NO Arguments and did NOT ask a proper questions. He looked incompetent and lost. I explained clearly a simple situation but he did NOT mention nothing about what we have agreed on. its a Joke! He failed to supinate the evidence, failed to demand back ups and looked so weak that Judge had no choice but to order judgments against me. After I asked him why you did NOT mention anything we went through and agreed on, his response completely stunt me' you did not say he knows english'! He is not an honest attorney! I am completely devastated as it is affecting the quality of my life every day, not to mention wasted money.
