I had some traffic issues back in 1997 .I left the state moved to florida. Never went to court there were WARRENTS FOR MY ARREST ISSUED. Now in September 2020 this became a problem. I contacted attorney James Degiacomo I didnt want to have to go to court in Milford mass. It was going to be expencive seeing i have no licence An with covid i surely did not want to travel . James said he would get back to me with a solution . James called back in a few days told me he would need to get a check for milford district court for this case to be dismissed plus his Fees . as far as im concerned he did a great job for reasonable fee. What he did for me when i defaulted court for 23 years is amazing that i never left my home in florida. An thru this month he was. In touch with me Kept me updated. An all charges were dismised. Professional and knowledgeable

I would say my worst experience with a “so-called” professional in any field of professions. Mr. DeGiacomo, in my opinion, is a rip off artist. He basically charged me $7,000 for absolutely nothing. He is a former prosecutor. And now he is still a prosecutor masquerading as a defense attorney. You’re better off going pro se.
