As most people do, my husband and I entered very weary of the legalities of closing the purchase of our home and were concerned about selected a lawyer and what we should do during the process to make sure we are on top of things and monitoring the work being done....Luckily with Steven this concern was quickly demolished with his first very thorough email, response and follow-up.
