Jared Moore was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and responsive with emails. He did a great job communicating with the buyer's counsel and making sure I was up to date on the next steps. Jared was very helpful and flexible to work on updating the Commitment Letter and Closing Disclosures as needed. I highly recommend them!

i was treated with respect my only issue i had was the first person i talked to (not a lawyer, tried to get my initial info) was not a veteran but tried to use military words to get my info. i was in the naval seabees and we used rate never mos. he just never really understood the info.

Extremely rude intake woman, did not appreciate the tone and verbalized that to her as I asked her very direct questions she would flat out not answer - pertaining to things she should know if they handle as a firm or not - couldnt recommend based on the fact I could not even stay on the phone long enough to get past her

So I haven’t been contacted by the affiliate since the initial consultation, but basing this review solely off of the initial consultation, speaking to their representative, Kris, was an absolute pleasure. Idk what this guy earns as far as salary goes, but he’s worth his weight in gold when it comes to genuine customer / client representation and continuity of conversation. I felt like I was speaking with a long lost cousin or something for the entire hour we spoke on the phone. Sokolove, if you’re seeing this, Kris single handily earned these 5 stars as far as I’m concerned lol. It means a lot to feel so comfortable speaking on details of one’s private / intimate life history, and with Kris I honestly felt like I was speaking to kinfolk. Clearly you’re smart or you wouldn’t be SO successful in this industry, so I’ll spare you the “if you’re smart” part of my input and tell you flat out that you should keep this fella around for as long as you can. Kris represents you guys flawlessly and does so with a sense of ease and comfort when navigating the more difficult questions. His display of patience and compassion are and the personal touch he adds to the conversation is a stellar reflection of the nature of your company. Sorry this is such a long written review, but honestly, I just want to drive the point home and let everybody know how short that hour long consultation felt because of how familiar he made himself feel. Kris, if you happen to see this, thank you, buddy. I appreciate you! Get that cup’a joe and donut ready lol! Regardless of how things turn out, bless y'all for standing up and fighting for the little guys where we don’t know how to stand up for ourselves.

David and his team are excellent to work with! Jared assisted us with a closing and was prompt in communicating, extremely knowledgable and professional. Overall, a delight to work with. We look forward to working with David and his team in the near future.

This firm is aggravating to say the least. I have playes phone tag with them for 3 days and then was hung up on today and had to call back, when I called back the operator stated that my case was closed. This information was never communicated to be either via phone or email. She then transferred me to a case adviser who told be that a co-counsel didn't want to take my case. That is perfectly fine, however your office called me two days ago, I called you back that day and had to leave a message. Then I received another message yesterday stating if I needed any further assistance to give them a call. First off, I never received any assistance since I hadn't spoke to an actual person yet. Then I called today and spoke to a rude person who's story didn't add up. The co-counsel reviewed the case today and decided against taking the case yet you called me yesterday saying if I needed further assistance. When I said that, she backtracked and said "we were returning your call". Get your story straight before getting on the line and being rude to someone who is already emotionally devastated that they had something happen to them that they are actually seeking legal advise for.

Contacted this firm a week ago. Received an auto reply that I would be contacted in minutes and stay by my phone. Nobody called by the way that day. A week later (day after intake) I was notified no attorneys available. Wow! I guess I will have to look elsewhere. Never received the FREE consultation that is advertised! More of my limited time just wasted. Sorry for bothering the firm.
