Mike helped me close on a house of my dreams! This was a new construction house that had a few hiccups, however Mike did a great job researching, and then clarifying and explaining to me all issues that had arose. He did a great job working with my lender, making sure we closed as scheduled! Thank you!

Michael is incredibly thorough and just a pleasure to work with. He's also very knowledgable of town zoning laws and was able to clear some hurdles with our latest purchase related to the deed of the house. We've used him 3 times in the past 5 years and can't imagine ever using anyone else. HIGHLY recommend Michael!

Attorney Michael Robbins facilitated both the closing and refinance of our home. Throughout the the process, he was easy to communicate with — always responding to emails within the same day, if not within the same hour — and explained the ins and outs of our real estate transaction in a straightforward way. Micheal was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I bought an investment property with my parents and brothers as partners. It was complicated because of all the people involved. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and his guidance thru the legal and personal matters were invaluable. Buying a property with family can be complicated, but Michael made it seamless and rested my worries.

Michael was excellent to work with on the sale of our home in Eastham. We spoke several times directly on his cell phone to take care of matters that were not that straightforward and came up with solutions that worked well for all the parties involved. It was our first property purchase in the US. Mike did a great job navigating us through the real estate complexities and risks; he also did an excellent job at closing making sure everything is in order and providing us with all necessary and supplementary documentation we may need in the future.
