My husband and I hired a realtor to sell our home of 28 years, a huge step into the future! Our realtor sold our home and immediately gave us two choices for an attorney to use for closing. We reviewed the two law firms and decided on Michael A. Robbins and his team. A quick call to Michael's office, my husband spoke with him directly and within the hour we had all the closing directions sent via email. His email introduced his assistant along with a promise to keep us updated as the sale and closing date approached. He and his team guided us through every step of the closing process and he worked closely with our realtor to ensure the process was seamless. We were given a date for closing, all the documents to sign and have notarized were sent and upon completion Michael sent an email explaining that everything was in order and we could actually close two days earlier if desired. We accepted the early closure and Michael and his team handled everything. We received an email saying we were "recorded" and in less than 24 hours the funds were in our bank. Over 42 years of marriage, we have bought and sold many homes with a list of stressful sales and closing experiences. I can say without reserve, this was the BEST experience we have ever had dealing with an attorney for a real estate transaction, they are true professionals in every aspect!
