I found myself in a situation where I had to locate a competent lawyer in short period of time to resolve a family matter. I searched the internet. The Farias Family Law website had a quality about it that made me give them a call. From day one, the entire staff treated me as though I was their only client. I felt that I was getting the benefit of a 'team effort'. They were quick to answer questions and even took measures to reduce some of the stress of the situation. In the end, this legal team was able to settle the case in a manner that I feel was strongly in my favor. To top things off, there was actually a REFUND of retainer dollars. A rare gem.

Ex had been denying all visits since March. Every. Single. One. I felt hopeless. I felt like I wanted to sink into my bed. I wanted to sleep and not wake up. I just wanted to be alone. I hated the world. I filed the motion for contempt and once it came in, I contacted Farias Family Law ASAP. Since that moment, Jess and Nina worked TIRELESSLY to put the case together. I didn't give them an easy case to work with. MONTHS of texts for them to go thru. MONTHS of messenger logs. MONTHS of pictures and random updates. They kept me updated. They took every extra piece of paper I sent them. Every extra picture. And they also kept me calm at times where I was having difficulty with this. But you know what? They got me my visits back, and they start this weekend. That... that right there... that's just the most recent reason I love these people so much. Nina and Jess are both fantastic and darn it, I've no doubt Bill isn't paying them enough!! Haha, I love Bill, too. Karen is a sweetie also! Seriously though? You can't go wrong with these guys. They're top notch in every regard. I'll use them every time and I definitely recommend them.

The whole staff was amazing and was always just a call away. They were able to relieve some of my stress just the first day that I spoke to them. I would highly recommend this team, they work amazing together to give you the best outcome.

The entire team at Farias Family Law were attentive, quick to respond, and extremely professional. Jessica and Bill were able to use their knowledge and resources to help make a difficult situation easy to manage. Bill was very "matter of fact" when setting expectations and guiding me and my family through the process. In the end Bill was able to earn an outcome that was in our favor but more importantly fair, and beyond expectations. Working with Bill and Nina was great. They helped me through a tough time and didn't waist any steps. I had allot to loose and Bill worked to make sure I did not end up being unfairly taken advantage of, and helped to make sure I had equal custody of my son witch was most important to me, and did it all patiently over the course of almost 2 years without breaking the bank.

Bill and Nina were absolutely wonderful. I came to them after mediation attempts failed. Nina walked me through the entire process and virtually held my hand. Bill was amazing in court and was well prepared. Throughout the entire process, I felt that my legal team was four steps ahead of my ex's legal counsel. Nina spent a great amount of time answering all of my questions as my case was a bit complicated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through a divorce or custody matter. I could have not hired anyone better.

I was in an extreme & unique situation. I owed alot of child support to my ex-wife (from my time in Massachusetts) to whom I reconciled and live with in Illinois. No one from the government could offer any real direction/advice or assistance, alot of finger pointing and shuffling me around as you could imagine. Hoped on a Zoom call from Illinois with Farias law and within 30 minutes I had a very clear cut, well defined black and white plan of approach and what it would take to fix the issue. My questions were always answered quickly, always able to get a live person to answer my questions, everyone was friendly, price was reasonable and even as it took more time I was not charged more. Farias Law is very tech friendly and modern when it comes to technology, the distance barrier was not a problem whatsoever. I am literally sleeping better, receiving weekly letters from the government is extremely stressful and I didn't feel like having my paychecks garnished, license suspended and end up getting arrested if I was ever stopped by police for any unrelated matter. It's very rare these days to feel like I receive a service proportional to the amount of money I spend but I would use Farias Law again in a heartbeat. I received an excellent service, the quality and quantity of work was well worth what I was charged. Thank you Bill, Jessica & Nina!

Bill did a great job for me. He is very professional, very well prepared and is extremely prompt and timely in all aspects of his services ( which is VERY unique amongst attorneys !). Lastly, Bill is excellent 'on his feet' in front of a judge with well prepared responses; far better than his fellow attorneys. I highly recommend his services.....
