Bill Farias is a different kind of lawyer. He actually cares about his clients and will fight tooth and nail for you.

I had Bill as an attorney in relation to a criminal charge as well as a probation violation. I have unfortunately had the misfortune of undergoing a number of criminal court procedures in my life and with that come the experiences of trying a few different attorneys. I felt the immense stress and pressure it can cause on one’s life. Bill Farias was by far the most aggressive lawyer actively involved and up to date in all of my court information. Each time I had to go to court I was able to leave quickly as he came prepared each time with a plan and moved the case efficiently across the entire process. Attorney Farias ultimately managed to get everything dismissed and I would highly recommend him as a criminal defense lawyer!

About a year ago I was charged with OUI, negligent operation/driving to endanger, and license suspension. I was on the hunt for a knowledgeable attorney to represent my case. I contacted the law office of Attorney Bill Farias after researching the new alimony law of Massachusetts. His practice was listed on one of the web sites regarding the alimony law. I no longer live in Massachusetts, however my ex does and is cohabitating and pretty much has been since our divorce 20 years ago and I have paid alimony the whole time. Reading up on the law I thought it would finally end. After e-mailing Attorney Farias and giving him a brief idea of my situation, he very promptly contacted me ,we spoke over the phone and he asked that I send him any paperwork regarding the divorce and if needed he would also get with his private investigator. Upon his receiving my paperwork he e-mailed me and said he would contact me in a few days. Once again much sooner than expected ,as I was thinking he would be doing much investigating ,he called and gave me the news. Much to my dismay he informed me that I did not have a case because of the alimony clause that was put in the divorce could not be modified, this I had signed 20 years ago under the advice given to me by my prior lawyer. In closing I would like to thank Attorney Farias for all his diligent work, his promptness and great work ethics. Bill will back you up no matter what your situation is. I went to two other lawyers prior who would not take my case because they said I didn't have much to fight over and that it would cost me more than I would receive. Bill didn't see that. Bill knew that I got screwed in the marriage and said he will fight for what I rightly deserve. Bill is the kind of lawyer that is there for your best interest. Yes, there wasn't a lot to get but what I did was better than getting nothing like the other lawyers thought. He would cut the costs by emailing verses phone calls. Whenever you emailed him or called, he would get to you in a timely manner. Even on weekends. There should be more lawyers practicing like him. Being more concerned about there clients than the money. I would highly recommend Bill. I promise, you won't be disappointed.
