My experience with New England Title (and Caliber Home Loans on whose behalf New England Title was working) have been unsatisfactory.
The one bright spot was very efficient coordination of the actual closing by NET's Sheena Barros. She was quite dilligent and precise.
The rest of the transaction has been shockingly unprofessional.

Recently closed a mortgage with New England Title and Escrow and it was a VERY smooth process. Everyone responded when they said they would and did what they said they would. Highly recommend them to anyone moving forward.
