I did a refianance home loan with DCU. It took a little longer than expected, but the volumes of loans they were processing, they told me from beginning it may take a bit longer than normal. What didn't take long was working with, "New England Title & Loans" The rep was extremely organized and knowledgeable of the whole process. I had a few questions which she answered and knowledgeable in her answers. The whole process of the actual signing took roughly 20 minutes, and start to finish was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We recently refinanced and New England Title & Escrow Services, PC made the process effortless. They were responsive to inquiries, and the Attorney came to us to sing on closing. The attorney was informative on ETA when running late and was extremely professional. It would be nice if every financial institution could make these transactions this easy!

My mortgage company uses New England title to handle their closings. I never heard of them until I was contacted by them to schedule my closing. The people I spoke to were professional and courteous. They offered a quick closing and asked if they I wanted them to come to my house for the closing. We opted to go to the office in Tewksbury which was clean and they had precautions in place to deal with COVID. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
