I recently refinanced my mortgage, and New England Title handled the transfer. Everything was done electronically online except the final signatures. They scheduled a home visit at my convenience and the closing took about 30 minutes. Each step was clearly explained and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The entire process was easy, efficient and handled very professionally. I’m very pleased with the results.

My refinance with New England Title & Escrow Services was easy, smooth, and convenient. For the closing, the attorney came to my house to sign all of the necessary documents. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
