The staff at New England Title & Escrow are very professional, conscientious, and accommodating to the needs of their customers. The process to close on our mortgage refinance went very smoothly, and we were able to provide the final sign-off socially distanced on our front porch. In addition, it was personally handled by the Founder and CEO, who is very knowledgable about the real estate world and passionate about providing personalized service. We highly recommend New England Title & Escrow Services.

The process of refinancing my house was unreasonably stressful…the only part that wasn’t stressful was the closing, which was remarkably painless, thanks to NE Title and Escrow. Scheduling the closing was seamless, and the closing agent came to our home and we were done in 15 minutes. If I refinance again, I hope the financer picks NE Title.

My condo refinance process was executed without any issues and I was pleased with all aspects. I would highly recommend. Most everything was completed remotely online due to Covid precautions. The closing attorney came my home for the final document signings. Very satisfied with the entire experience given the pandemic cautions.
