Attorney Botelho scheduled my consultation quickly and his staff was very thorough with communication (email, text and by phone). I appreciated the intake form that was emailed to me to explain my needs, as I had scheduled consultations with other attorneys who had not done so. It allowed Attorney Botelho to read my case and ask appropriate questions when we spoke. I also appreciated the honest recommendations and validation he expressed for the challenges my family is facing. He actively listened to me and was well spoken and professional.
