Dan is a top notch lawyer and we could not have made a better choice than to have gone with him. He is at the top of his game with 16 years of experience and with a high energy level. He is very eloquent when making his case, and you feel very grateful when he is speaking on your behalf, it's like watching a courtroom movie scene at times. He also does his homework, he delves into the fine points of the law with research and he consults with his peers to make sure he is doing the right thing. It is clear to me that he is highly respected by all of the court officials, and he knows his way around the system as well as anyone, this can be overlooked but it is extremely important. Bottom line, if you hire Dan, you can be confident you are making a great choice.

In November 2021 I had my interview with the immigration, my interview was a horrible experience, during the interview the officer said that he believed I committed fraud on my visa application back in my country and because of that I wasn’t eligible for the green card, me and my husband explained to the officer that I never committed fraud on my visa application and tried to explain to him every point he was making against us, even though we had an answer for every question he was making he was not happy about it, he wanted us to admit that I committed fraud, after almost 2 hours inside that room going back and fourth with the officer on arguments me and my husband gave up and we decided to agree to the officer and just leave the interview, after 2 months I got a RFE where the immigration was asking me to file a I-601 form, my whole world fell apart with that letter, filling this I-601 was everything I did not want to do. I shared my story on a Facebook page and one random girl reached out to me talking about joshua and how he helped her with her case, she said he was the one to help me, I read his reviews and I was impressed, I call his office immediately, and after telling him my story he said we could defend my case and send prove to the immigration that I never committed any fraud and that I was eligible for the green card, his attention to details on my case was amazing, Joshua made an incredible defense on my case, he sent the letter to the immigration and it was a long 12 months waiting on uscis decision, SO HERE I AM, with my green card in hands telling you guys how amazing Joshua is. Again, he was able to win a case where I was accused of Fraud, it was definitely the most sensitive spot that the immigration can put you in and he was able to win the case. It is my absolute privilege to write this review for Joshua Paulin for helping me with my immigration case. Josh is a great Attorney. I am glad I hired him to work on my case. He handled my case with great compassion and professionalism. He has immense knowledge and understanding of immigration laws. He filed my I-751 petition. I was a little worried as my case was with a waiver, but Josh was very compassionate, he took the time to explain the whole process, answer every question I had and made me feel comfortable. Attorney Joshua Paulin is by far the most knowledgeable attorney for immigration law. He made life a whole lot easier by the expert work he does for his clients.
