Bruce and his team was wonderful! I had been trying for 3 years to get approved for disability. With Bruce representing me my case didn’t even make it to a hearing!!

I recommend Bruce Lipsey and his legal team to anyone thinking about hiring representation for an SSDI claim. After filing my initial claim without any help and the claim being denied, i did some research and I chose Lipsey and Assoc.to represent me in my appeal. Bruce and I had our initial interview after I authorized him to get all of my medical records regarding my claim. When the interview ended, I remember Bruce telling me he was confident that my appeal would get a favorable decision and he was right. It is a long process and I didn't speak often with Bruce unless he needed some info, but both him and his office were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Mr. Lipsey and his associates were always courteous, respectful and professional during my appeal and I feel like I made a very good decision in hiring Lipsey and Associates to handle my appeal. HAD A 10AM PHONE APPOINTMENT THEY DID NOT CALL ME. INSTEAD I GOT A CALL AT 3PM SAYING NONE OF MY PAPERWORK WAS SUBMITTED. I HAVE EMAILS FROM STAFF THAT SAYS I AM GOOD TO GO AND FROM BRUCE HIMSELF.
