I had the privilege of working with attorney Kimberley Keyes over the past 2 years as she represented my daughter in a very difficult divorce case. I have spent many years working at a senior level in the human resources field and know when you work with a gem. I have the ultimate praise and thanks for attorney Keyes as she carried out her responsibilities with quality, class, compassion, integrity, problem solving, timely response, and willingness to do whatever she had to in a complete and professional way. There is an old saying which fits so well here, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". The leadership of Lynch and Owens is also to be commended for having such an outstanding employee in attorney Keyes which speaks volumes about the organization. Again, kudos to all.

BEWARE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!! Lynch & Owens does Not care about their paying clients’ requests or wishes they lack personal empathy and are solely concerned about overcharging on their invoices to increase their profit. They make negotiations with opposing counsel as they see fit. Kimberly Keyes, Esq. and James Lynch, Esq. are heartless human beings who take tons of hard-earned money from their clients. This firm charged me Tens of Thousands of dollars over the course of 18 months with minimal results. I tried multiple times addressing my concerns directly with the above two attorneys and neither has any remorse. Beware not to waste your income on this money hungry absurd law firm.

I recently went through a divorce and Kim Keyes walked me through the whole process step by step and was incredibly helpful and responsive and supportive. I inundated Kim with emails, phone calls and texts over the last year as I went through the process and every message from me was met with a supportive, informative, and timely response, I always felt informed and that Kim truly was working for my best interest every moment. I even requested additional services to set up a living will with her and in the event I marry again, a prenup as well. Kim was professional, sympathetic, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable throughout this entire year long ordeal. I have told my friends about her services should they ever need them, and trust her and her advice whole heartedly! Thank you for all you do Kim!

Attorney Keyes has been absolutely paramount to my relationship with my daughter. I retained Mrs. Keyes In December 2020 in order to help me navigate through a complicated and tense custody battle. Attorney Keyes is compassionate and professional, with an incredible understanding of how to navigate through difficult separation agreements. Prior to retaining Mrs. Keyes, I had extremely limited time with my daughter, with no room to compromise, or the ability to even attempt to make adjustments to any arrangement due to the nature and personality of my ex-wife. After a year of negotiations, Attorney Keyes was able to secure a new agreement, which was not only Incredibly fair, but went above and beyond to afford me more time with my daughter than I had even thought possible. Without her help, I would still be no more than a puppet and a babysitter for my ex. Kimberley Keyes gave me more than just time with my daughter, she afforded me the right to be the father I had been fighting to be since my divorce.

Dealing with Kimberly Keys as my attorney has been an outstanding. She will listen attentively and help to solve the issue at hand with best case scenario and always will do anything that is in your best interest. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Carmela Miraglia at Lynch & Owens over the last several months. I haven't had to deal with too many attorneys in my life but I have to say that compared to the others, Carmela is #1 in my book. From the moment we met, she made us feel very comfortable. We immediately saw how knowledgeable she was with the law, that we hired her on the spot. Carmela really represented our best interest and was able to turn things around and quickly when our previous attorney had dropped the ball.
