A Lawyer Who Actually Cares About Fathers’ Rights! In September 2014 Josey represented me in a complex child support issue with a judge that was also known to not fair well towards fathers. Through aggressive negotiation with the court’s probation department I was able to feel better about the outcome there than it would have been in front of the judge. The outcome was favorable, my child support ended that day and I believe the negotiation was fair to both parties. It was a relief to know that Josey’s experience with this court, and in particular this judge, spared all parties from any further court visits prolonging this matter. I would recommend Josey to anyone looking for representation in a family law matter.
