Tom helped us with our real estate planning and he even thought of scenarios my husband and I didn’t think about. Tom explained the whole process to us and everything that needs to be done. Like most people I knew I should have a will, especially as I got older and like a lot of people I put off the process, concerned with the time it would take and the expense. Plus I did not really know where to begin. As I searched I was lucky to find the law offices of Thomas Marks. As soon as we had our first consultation I was certain I had made the correct choice. Tom carefully listened to me, asked the right questions and explained what actions I should take and what documents I would need. Plus his fee was very reasonable. As we finished, Tom told me that if anything changed in my situation to be sure to get in touch which further impressed me.

Mr. Ostendorf was absolutely amazing. We were inexperienced but he’s took the time to explain everything we needed, even more than once. He answered emails promptly and would call back if necessary in a reasonable amount of time too. Going into family court is terrifying but he always put at ease when we were in court and he fought hard to get us exactly what we hoped for and more. We would definitely use him again if we ever needed to and highly recommend him to anyone who was in a position like ours. The only downside was that there were times we had to wait to get a call back, but we also had to remember lawyers are in court and busy with other people like us so he might not answer on that first call but at the end of the day he gets the job done, and that’s the most important part. 10 out of 10.
