I have been waiting to here from him with my case and it has been 6 months so no not happy at all

My first venture into estate planning was with a supposedly excellent, extremely high-priced law firm. It was a disaster from day one. Then I had the extraordinary good fortune to find Tom Marks. If more attorneys were like Tom, the reputation of the legal profession as a whole would improve dramatically! It was clear from the start that his knowledge and grasp of estate law and planning were both extensive and current. But more important than that was his patience with my (often repetitive) questions, his ability to “gently” steer me away from potentially unproductive decisions, his promptness in answering e-mails and phone calls, his sense of humor (essential when dealing with the grim issue of planning for one’s own demise) and last - but definitely not least - his ability to gratify my need to have certain sections of documents translated from “legalese” into English! I could continue with more examples, but I think my point is clear. If you are looking for someone to get your estate in order, you couldn’t find anyone better than Tom Marks. J. Sahl

Tom makes a complex subject very simple.

Tom has been excellent to work with and is very knowledgeable regarding estate planning; he helped us smoothly navigate a variety of different assets and situations to establish our Trusts and move assets into them. His process is clear and efficient, and he answered any questions we could come up with on the spot. I’ve had experience with many attorneys through work as an expert witness, and also with some other local estate attorneys in the past few years, and it is hard to find someone as competent and knowledgeable in their area of expertise as Tom. We will definitely recommend him to others.

Everything that was said in his reviews was true. He was very down to earth while also being professional as well as having a sense of humor. I can’t say enough about how wonderful, and, what a pleasure it was to work with Thomas. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for an Eatate Planner.
