I recently used Tom Marks for estate planning. Tom was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and confusion during this complicated process. I highly recommend Tom Marks for anyone looking for easy & efficient estate planning.

We went to do our estate planning. Tom was so helpful, professional and he explained everything so that we understood it all. Great communication with us. Would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Working with Tom was easy. My wife and I were dreading the expense and attention needed, but Tom's easy going and patient attitude put us at ease. The cost was also easy. He had set fees so there was no surprise jumps due to hourly charges. He was also very flexible on meeting times and methods. We used him several years ago to set-up our initial estate plans and just recently, due to some changes, we went back to him to have everything updated. We have been recommending him to everyone when the subject of wills comes up.

Estate Planning - I recently used Tom to develop an estate plan and new estate documents. I found Tom to be very competent, professional and easy to work with. He was extremely helpful and patient answering all my questions. He has a series of templates he asks you to complete that help you think through the process and required information. I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to someone else.
