I consulted Attorney Simoneau on a MA RMV reinstatement hearing matter, expecting to fully retain him if he deemed it prudent. He asked me to forward my documentation to him for review, which I did, and he got back to me stating that I really didn't need his representation, that what I had would legally suffice for what I was seeking. I asked him twice during our communications to let me compensate him for his time, but he's never asked for a dime. I hope I never need legal representation of this kind ever again, but Attorney Simoneau's obvious professionalism and integrity leave no doubt in my mind who I'd call first.
