Attorney Brian Simoneau represented me at a hearing before the Board of Appeals on Monday, October 16, 2023. I was very pleased and encouraged with his strong words and defense of my getting my license reinstated. There were extenuating circumstances leading to my missing two monthly calibrations and I’m hoping that my Dr.’s letters and other paperwork will bring me a positive outcome.
