I was cited for driving my wife's car with tinted windows, and resulted in license suspension.  The RMV found me guilty for it despite the fact that my wife has a medical tint waiver.  Attorney Brian Simoneau was able to turn over the decision at the Board of Appeals, and I got my license back.  I would not have any success without him.  I am thankful and appreciate his expertise.  I would highly recommend Attorney Brian Simoneau. I highly recommend Brian. He has tried thousands of cases and experienced a 90% successful reinstatement of clients' suspended licenses. I filed my appeal papers. Hearing happened 10 months.
