When my appeal for Individual Unemployability (IU) was denied by the Veteran’s Board of Appeals (The Board) my last resort was to the Court of Veterans Appeals (The Court). I contacted The Veterans Consortium and they put me in touch with Attorney Gustavo Mayen. Gustavo worked tirelessly on my behalf and eventually The Court remanded my appeal back to The Board.
