My experience began with Smeloff and Associates approximately 8 years ago. His entire staff from the onset was unbelievably considerate, understanding and attentive to every aspect of my case. Throughout the process he kept me informed to all case updates and assistance with acquiring the needed documentation related to my case. His team's hard work and effort resulted in a successful legal case on my behalf. More so and only recently, I contacted Attorney Smeloff again for a separate legal issue. Again, Attorney Smeloff and his staff made immediate time on the phone for me and then again following this phone call. I was able to see him in person and in his office just 45 minutes following this call. After explaining this separate complex issue in more detail, Attorney Smeloff took considerable time to research case law pertaining to the issue. He then was able to successfully argue in court on my behalf for at least the time being. From my experiences, I would highly recommend Attorney Smeloff and his team for your legal needs.

If you want a quick and easy experience, Rich is the man for you! Everyone at the office was extremely accommodating as well. Highly recommend.

My experience with Smeloff & Associates exceeded all my expectations. After having my first car accident, and having my first law office treat me poorly, I soon switched to this firm and am very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this law firm for all future needs.

If you want to find a reputable lawyer who is communicative and with you every step of the way, is transparent and follows up on your case please look elsewhere. I do not recommend going here your time and money will be wasted. stay away.

This firm is not professional at all. The experience started well with getting a call back and getting someone to do a intake right away. There is a strong lack of communication, especially when they see that they may not have a case. I was dealing with Hector R. Due to a concern/ blockage concerning insurance, Hector told me that he would get back to about next steps. I have not heard from him or the firm since November 2. It is not November 8th. I have called and texted with no response and no follow up. When he told me to not talk to anyone else that called me regarding my accident, I should’ve trusted my intuition. But they are after their 1/3 of whatever settlement that they can get from working with clients. I called Craig who was the one who works with this firm to get “ clients” , Craig actually picked up, and informed me that, if they don’t think they can make a case there is no point of them working with me. The least that Hector and this firm could’ve done was actually communicate about the changes. So, just be aware. If you want professional, this firm is not it. They only get one star from me because of how fast it was to get someone to do an intake.

Rich Smeloff and his Associates are absolutely top notch!. Helped me with bankruptcy to get my life back on track. Then referred me to 1st class attorney to figure out a tax audit I had right after. They are the best attorneys in the book! I've had to deal with so much and if it wasn't for Rich? I would have been in a world of trouble without the right representation. Thankyou so much Rich
